Pressed Purity Walnut Oil – Cold Pressed, 250 Milliliters

Pressed Purity Walnut Oil is cold pressed from Australian grown walnuts and has a rich nutty taste. Walnuts contain a very high amount of Omega 3 which is beneficial for brain function and the repairing of cells. Walnut oil is also rich in manganese, copper, and melatonin – beneficial for a restful nights sleep. Walnut Oil has a light colour and flavour which makes it an excellent salad oil. Also great for breakfasts, and drizzling over seafood, mushrooms and rice dishes. Walnut oil can develop a bitter taste when heated, so we recommend adding to other foods after cooking, not during cooking. Once opened, this oil must be refrigerated to prevent from becoming rancid.
