How to Delete Your Account (In-App)
To delete your iTao account directly from the application:
Open the iTao app and log in to your account.
Navigate to Settings by tapping the Settings icon (gear icon) located in the bottom-right corner of your home screen.
Scroll down under the General Setting.
Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
Read the confirmation prompt carefully. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Confirm your decision by tapping OK to delete your account.
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your account once the deletion process has been initiated.

How to Delete Your Account (Outside the App)
If you are unable to access the iTao app or prefer to submit your deletion request through this website, you may request account deletion by completing the form below to request the deletion of your data associated with iTao on Google Play.
Our support team will process your request within ten (10) business days and send a confirmation email to the registered email address once the deletion has been completed.

Upon successful verification and processing of your account deletion request, the following data associated with your iTao account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted:
Your account profile, including your name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photograph, biography, and all other profile information;
Your preferences, settings, and account configuration data;
Your posts, messages, comments, reactions, and all other content you have created or shared on the Platform;
Your connections, followers, and following relationships;
Your authentication credentials and session data;
Your device information, usage data, and analytics associated with your account;
Your location history and location data associated with your account;
Any communications you have had with our support team through your account;
All other personal data directly associated with your account.
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use iTao again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
Data Retention After Deletion
In accordance with applicable laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and legitimate business purposes, we may retain certain categories of data after your account has been deleted for the following specific purposes:
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We may retain information required to comply with Australian legal obligations, including record-keeping requirements under applicable laws. This data is retained for the minimum period required by law and is not used for any other purpose.
Fraud Prevention and Security: We may retain limited data, such as your email address and IP address, in a secure, access-restricted manner for the purpose of preventing fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents (for example, to prevent previously banned users from creating new accounts to evade sanctions).
Legal Proceedings: If we are subject to an ongoing or reasonably anticipated legal proceeding, regulatory investigation, or dispute, we may retain data that is directly relevant to such proceeding until the matter is resolved.
Financial Records: Any financial transaction records will be retained for the period required by Australian taxation and financial reporting laws (generally seven (7) years).
Any data retained after account deletion is strictly limited to what is necessary for the purposes described above. This retained data is not used for any commercial purpose and is securely stored with restricted access. Once the retention period expires, the remaining data will be permanently deleted.
Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
Data Deletion iTao uses Facebook for login only; we do not store your personal data on our server. Follow the instructions below to delete your activities for the iTao login app:
Go to Your Facebook Account’s “Settings & Privacy,” then click on ”Settings.“
Next, go to “Apps and Websites” where you will see all the activity related to apps and websites linked to your Facebook account.
Select the option box for the iTao website and click on the “Remove” button.
Mark the option boxes according to your preference and click on the “Remove” button.
You’re done! You removed iTao from your activities successfully.
